A last second opening line

We’ve been having attendance problems at our TM club – Veritiv is leaving so most of their group dropped out.

Yesterday we only had 3 of us there (including me). My speech would be given to an audience of 2.

I had a speech – and as I walked up I came up with an idea.  Let's acknowledge the obvious:

“Mr. Toastmaster, Fellow Toastmaster.”

Background if you're not a Toastmaster:  People frequently start their speeches with "Mr. Toastmaster, Fellow Toastmasters..."   I'm not a fan of this approach because it no longer grabs attention.  But the singular "Toastmaster" did.
