When my fitbit wakes me up at 6am, I have two choices. I can get up, or go back to sleep and wake up at 6:15.
If I get up I do the following:
- Let the dogs out.
- Feed the cat.
- Drink a glass of water.
- Start the coffee.
- Stretch out.
- Read a chapter in the Bible.
- Do my daily affirmations.
- Let the cat out.
- Let the dogs back in.
- Make my cup of coffee.
At which point it's 6:15.
In the evening, I have a choice to stay up for 15 minutes longer, or go to bed.
If I stay up I do the following:
- Watch TV.
