The Banana milkshake recipe

1 to 1 1/2 ripe bananas, depending on size and ripeness.  You should not be able to taste any green.
2-3 scoops of low fat or fat free vanilla frozen yogurt.  We prefer Kroger frozen yogurt.
1 percent milk - as much as you want.  Banana milkshakes tend to be runny, so a little milk will do it.

Put it in the blender (we use a Nutri bullet) and blend.

It's "Peter Rabbit simple" as a former boss used to say - but a lot of my best recipes are.
