Shoulder therapy – with ice packs afterwards. Ice packs are great things.

Including printing neat covers for his binders.
Some binders had pictures, some had the Wildcats logo.
Court of Honor. Lots of merit badges earned and the guys had lots of fun.
I don’t care what it is – if you can have fun while you’re doing it you’ll keep doing it.
